- Boys & Girls Club - Project Learn Program. Held after school at Phantom Lake Elementary. The day is filled with a variety of high yield learning activities which will extend your childs' school day in a fun and positive way. The after-school programs are open MondayFriday, from school release time until 6:30 PM. The Downtown Club and South Bellevue are $280/mo. and all other sites are $250/mo.
